David Veeneman
President of Operations for the Ontairo Clinical Imaging Network (OCINet)
Currently the Vice President of Operations for the Ontairo Clinical Imaging Network (OCINet), David works in partnership with healthcare providers in Ontario in the delivery of Diagnostic Imaging Repository services, shared Picture Archive and Communication Systems (PACS), and the Provincial Emergency Neuro Image Transfer System (ENITS).
With 28 years of healthcare experience both locally and abroad, David brings direct clinical experience from a wide array of healthcare environments ranging from large multi-facility academic/research centres to rural medical aid stations. Throughout his career, David has been at the forefront of transformational change through enabling technology and has successfully transitioned several large-scale multi-facility initiatives from the project phase to sustainable operational models. David maintains his registration with the College of Medical Radiation and Imaging Technologists of Ontario (CMRITO), holds a master’s degree in Leadership Studies from Royal Roads University, and has completed Executive education through the Ivey Academy and the Rotman School of Management.
