In the modern mining world, inclusion and diversity are becoming key in a global shift, one that will bring about a greater mining industry.

Beatrice Opoku-Asare, the Global Inclusion & Diversity Director of Newmont Mining discusses her personal career journey, the challenges she has had to overcome, the stigma and the lack of representation as she fights for a better and more diverse mining world.
